Our Mission.
At Malusi, our mission is to reduce youth violence and exploitation among boys and young men, with a focus on Black youth in Greater Manchester.
We are dedicated to empowering the next generation within the Black community by providing real insight into diverse, non-traditional industries and boosting confidence to pursue their dreams, whatever they may be.
Through knowledge sharing, challenging conventional career paths, and offering networking opportunities, we aim to uplift, unite, and strengthen the Black community. Our goal is to equip young people with the tools for success and foster a culture of shared achievement and resilience.

We are audacious in seeking out and providing the best possible resources and opportunities to underrepresented communities in order to open doors even wider for young people.

We empowers young people by addressing trauma, building confidence through sports and activities, and providing skills and guidance for brighter futures. With support from families, mentors, and communities, we inspire resilience and positive change

We aim to work alongside people within in our community who have expertise in different areas. Working together towards a common goal and supporting each other towards success.
